Delivery Options
ROYAL MAIL 1st Class UK
On small value orders of up to about 600 grams, we offer a standard 1st class Royal Mail delivery option for most, but not all, products within Mainland UK (excluding islands and outer reaches). Delivery is not guaranteed and does not need to be signed for. Samples and swatches will normally be sent by this method and will be charged at a fixed rate of £1.50.The rates are as follows:
£1.50 for up to about 300 grams
£3.00 for up to about 600 grams
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on any working day in order to be despatched that same day.
Delivery is subject to Royal Mail's standards and may take several days.
Anyone opting for this service, if available, does so at their own risk.
NEXT WORKING DAY COURIER - UK Mainland only
There is a fixed charge of £4.50 for a next working day delivery by courier.If your order value is more than £100 (ex VAT) your delivery is for FREE.
This service is limited to Mainland UK only.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on the working day prior to the required delivery date.
PRE 12:00 - NEXT WORKING DAY COURIER
There is a minimum charge of £8.00 for a PRE 12:00 noon next working day delivery by courier.This service is limited to England and Wales only.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on the working day prior to the required delivery date.
PRE 10:00 - NEXT WORKING DAY COURIER
There is a minimum charge of £10.00 for a PRE-10:00am next working day delivery by courier.This service is limited to England and Wales only and EXCLUDES postcodes of TR, PL and SY.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on the working day prior to the required delivery date.
SAME WORKING DAY COURIER - Specific London Areas Only
There is a minimum charge of £45.00 for SAME WORKING DAY delivery by courier.This service is limited to the London Congestion Charge Zone only and is subject to availability.
Orders must be received no later than 12:00 noon on any working day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY - UK Mainland Only
There is a minimum charge of £15.00 for SATURDAY delivery by courier.This service is limited to UK Mainland areas only.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on THURSDAY for delivery on Saturday to Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on FRIDAY for delivery on Saturday to all other parts of Mainland UK.

DELIVERY TO OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD
Charges to other part of the world start at £10 plus VAT and will be subject to the estimated weight and volume of the order.Orders must be received no later than 2:00pm on any working day in order to be despatched that same day.
Delivery charges and times will vary from country to country.
COLLECTION FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
Orders may be collected direct from our warehouse in Loudwater, Bucks, without incurring any handling charge.Please ensure you call us on 01628 810000 to ensure your order is ready prior to collection.
ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery charges are all subject to vat and are excluded from any discount calculation.Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
We will always do our utmost to get the delivery to you as fast as possible.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will generally not be despatched until the next working day.
All courier deliveries must be signed for and the courier may arrive earlier than expected.
All orders are subject to sufficient stock availability.
We will endeavour to contact you in the rare event there is a problem with the service or charge selected.
If you change delivery address AFTER the goods have been dispatched, you may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
